I got a few people asking me, "What do you do when the spark has gone?"

When you just don't have this urge to stand up and go and do things.
What do you do?
Well, the answer is really simple.
You go and you execute effort and the question is usually, "but I don't know what I like," or "I don't like it anymore."
Well, you cause your own feeling. There's no such thing as "I like it."
What you do, you find something that you can do and you do that and you report to yourself any small improvement and the magic is that you will like it.
What do you like?
Anything that brings you improvements. That's what you like, anything that brings you improvements.
If you sit and I give you $10 000 for every 10 minutes and it will improve you, you will like it but if this $10 000 will create losses for you, because for every $10 000 you will need to pay $20 000 you will not like it.
So what do you do?
You exert effort in the direction of something that you can do and you will have your spark back.
Thank you,

Love this!! ❤️
So simple and so powerful! Last week, I felt really down and wasn't "in the mood" to do anything—I was in a real slump! 😑 I learned this mechanism from Meir, so I knew what to do. I looked for the most basic, easiest task I could do at that time (and did it to completion). I reported a "you go, girl" to myself and then looked for the next basic task to do. By just doing that, I quickly broke out of the slump and bounced back to where I needed to be. I completed all the tasks I "didn't feel like doing" that past week. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
