Narcissism has been a hot topic over the last couple of years.  

Countless people have reported dealing with somebody that has "narcissistic" characteristics and they either find themselves effect of the person, or they simply choose to run away.  

What is narcissism? 

A quick Google search will tell you it's "a mental health condition in which people have an unreasonably high sense of their own importance." 

But the subject goes on to say these people are manipulative and destructive to those around them.
